In this
puzzle we made, we have assembled the ways we’ve been betrayed
I wonder where
the piece we have misplaced is where it once belonged
With this
tainted heart, I look to loneliness ahead
It’s just
a white void before me, nothing’s here to be seen
In this
empty room where nothing remains of what we had
Only your
memories can now show where we have been
The shape
of my heart has changed, but you resisted that fact
You tried
to forcefully adapt but in the end you failed

All these
things had forced me to act
In this
white void, I look at our puzzle here
The pieces
are out of place and are now scattered all around
But amidst
that mess, I see a new piece emerge right here
It’s the
piece that we once found
Let’s find
the shapes that fill in all the spaces here
Even if
they won’t fit the worlds that we both may see, I still admit
Like those
days where we both laughed and embraced easily
