We keep on
chasing ways to make the dream we had once now come to be
But we
still trip and fall over people on paths that wind confusedly
It’s not
like I want to go back to the things we once had
I’m
searching for something that is long gone
Don’t look
at me out of pity, this is the life I’m living
You still
don’t understand, I will move on
The tears
we shed aren’t cast out for your sin
The weight
we had that made this one long journey begin
When
you’re lost in a maze of confusion, who do you call for help then?
I want to
let it still out like a confession
Tell my
secrets like it were part of a lesion
What we
run from is reality that starts this song again now
We live
for others as wandering brothers
thought we
lose that feeling when lost in the night
Because we
can’t play it safe anymore from here on out
We have to
make our sin right and
Do you
have a drive to prove you are alive,
And bury
these feelings deep? (I’ll live that way)
Just like
those old days, I will never simply rest and sleep
I should
apologize, I’m sorry for all the things I have to do
I go out
of my way to keep it a secret so I don’t worry you
The things
that we saved from our sorrow are carried to tomorrow
Because we
won’t get another chance
If it
makes sense to you just let it, shaking your head to forget it
Look away
and don’t give a second glance
Out of all
the rumors we still don’t need
Which ones
have new ways we can proceed?
Friends that
stand here face-to-face now should stop lying to others
This
feeling now burns into my body
as a heart
of red-white molten irritation
Can this
fain fragment of hope serve as a way to smother?
We live
for each other with all we have seen
But can
you hear me now as I let out a scream?
Because we
can’t run and there is no place to return to…
What can
we still do?
You’re
always thanking me for my kindness
That’s why
I will get stronger now (I’m on my way)
If only
for your sake, I’ll take on everybody here
I’ve
thought about the next doorway and what we can do to bypass it soon
We can’t retrace
our steps back to the things we had that one afternoon
Where is
the sunrise? Open up your eyes.
Do you
have the strength to display your feelings
When you’ve
got nothing left to lose?
Let us
work here together to finish the things we have left behind
Let us go
one more time
We live
for each other through bonds that cannot break
With whatever
path we have to believe we can take
Because we
can’t hide and refrain from risks the block out way
We have to
gamble our path
You thank
my kindness, my limiting blindness
Until I
want to become strong (I’ll come along)
Just like
those old times, we both work to right this wrong
