The dreary drizzle of the dour downpour
Drops droplets upon this page
The weather we weather keeps many away
People cowering from season’s next stage
At least this now shows that springtime is near
And we can now walk free in earnest
The weather’s quite fine most of the time here
Now that sleet and snow have given it a rest
Truly I love this season the best
