The light descends from up above

As the bullet spam ensues

Fantasy Seal, or Sign of Love

Which one shall I choose?

To dive for items as they fall from the sky

And avoid shots raining wave by wave

The frantic evasion of defensive persuasion

Or the sidestep to Graze of those brave

Will you hide at the bottom, away from the source,

Or will you keep high to collect?

Will you wait until salvos stray from their course,

Or dive past where they intersect?

Beware the spellcards that seek out your end

Bombs may prove to be your salvation

In that moment you must choose what you feel you can lose

Fail the bonus, or brave devastation?

And as you continue on, with lives and bombs gone

Recall that point items exist

The key to stay alive as you frantically dive

For the items you know can’t be missed

And remember the power block of which you must stock

If you plan to survive to the boss

For without enough power, you won’t last an hour

You will find against Fairies you’ve lost

And for each single game, a mechanic you must tame

Some new concept held for each fight

Whether it be UFO’s, or flower petals

Or time to extend endless night

So welcome to Touhou, and Gensouko

An Incident-prone paradise

Let fairies, yokai, and bullets pass you by

A passing interest will always suffice
