Phantom Ensemble

Lyrica (Keyboard and guitar bottom)
[0:00] Well the keyboard works the best for the prelude
It sets the tempo and the tone for the mood
My illusion weaves phrases here
And new motifs can now appear

[Nether Keys: Fazioli Nether Performance]
Starts the song and gets the attention of everybody
Then [Bosendorfer Divine Performance] sets the key

[0:36] These two parts built tension for
This piece’s score. But do you know where this motif will go?
Merlin’s got a part that’s yet to start
Enjoy the show!

[0:53] Now let it out!

[0:57] and so it goes!

[1:00] Now take your seats!

[1:08] Where do you think this melody will go?

As all our instruments now sing!

[1:40] So that is all of part one
Don’t you think that song was fun?
Now the part that comes next will start soon after a small rest
This the place you should take any needed short break
Because after this intermission we’ll begin

[1:52] Luna’s back with support
Harmony for the bass
Though her part has these depressing notes all over the place
We’re setting up again for the main theme once more
So get ready to listen!

[2:04] Without Merlin, it’s calm, but it’s boring that way
I gotta admit that some mania’s okay
Solos are Luna’s thing, and I find them boring
So I’m only going to be vamping

[2:17] Back to theme A once again, it’s the pattern
That we decided that we should have to learn
Part two is next, are you all set
To listen yet? 4,3,2,1

[2:29] Since we play for all the ghosts, since they’re the hosts
We’re used to playing like it’s a funeral
But though they’re dead, it gets real lively, don’t you know?

[3:13] And now she’s back
Lunasa (Synth? Off to the left)

[0:24] [String Performance: Guarneri del Gesu] sings
The role of strings is to add voice over the keyboard baseline
[Stradivarius] adds somber tones
But that is fine

[0:36] These two parts built tension for
This piece’s score. But do you know where this motif will go?
Merlin’s got a part that’s yet to start
Enjoy the show!

[0:53] Now let it out!

[0:57] and so it goes!

[1:00] Now take your seats!

It’s written out on three sheets
in this music trio

[1:10] Raising tension is fine.

That responsibility is mine

[1:14] Though our song may not be strong
It should make you want to sing along
Though it won’t matter anyway
Because that is how we play

[1:28] [Noisy Sign:Live Potergeist]
Before this fight, you should have thought about it thrice
Although this practice doesn’t mean a thing
As all our instruments now sing

[1:52] Well it’s not a … solo…, but I guess it’s good enough

[2:00] Now I guess I should show off my stuff

[2:40] Now for [Funeral Concert: Prism Concerto]
We let all of these cadenzas all flow
The ghosts listen to the sounds our song can provide

[2:54] Though our 3 parts each may have a different time
Some thing that each of us have made on our own
We play as one at the [Stygian Riverside]

[3:13] And now she’s back
She doesn’t change. She’s always been kinda

Strange even after we play

[3:20] I’m pretty sure she is crazy anyway
[3:23] Still we don’t make a fuss
Because she is one of us

Merlin (Trumpet on the right)

[0:50] The fanfare starts now with a manic shout!

Throwing our notes in a crescendo all about!
[Trumpet Sign: Hino Phantasm] completes!
As this main melody once more repeats!

[1:03] Now [Nether Trumpet: Ghost Clifford] responds!
Echoing the sound of the mansion that we haunt!
Now layer new themes in the background lines!
To increase tension all the time!

[1:14] An octave jump shows progression unfold!
It shows what the other parts may hold!
Parts lose focus over time!
Passing to another line!

[1:28] Right now Luna’s got hold of the main theme!
Making the tone paint a melancholic scene!
Now for our [Noisy Sign: Phantasm Dining]
As all our instruments now sing!

[3:10] And now I’m playing! The fanfare is back!
Did you miss how my staccato beats would go?
Some mania needs to excite the crowd
That is why I play all my notes so loud!

[3:23] [Ghostly Wheel Concerto Grosso: Revised]!
It’s back again, aren’t you three now surprised?
This spellcard’s harder, so this card is new!
So I don’t see an issue!
[3:33] (Sisters) Now time for the finale
This is the part that you’ve come to see
Our [Great Funeral Concert] played by us
[Ghostly Wheel Grosso: Wondrous]

[3:44] Well then, time to take a bow
You three can go, we’ll let you in now
(Lunasa) Well then ,I guess we’ll see you
At the promised flower-view

[3:57] (Sakuya) So, then. That was rather odd
(Merlin) Don’t you mean “I’m over-awed”?
(Reimu) Don’t decide what we day if you get it wrong anyway

[4:03] (Marisa) That’s just some Youkai stuff
(Sakuya) I think I’ve had enough
(Marisa) You’ll get used to it eventually, ~ze

-Reimu and Sakuya exit-

[4:09] Okay… hey guys, this door won’t budge no matter how hard I shove
(Merlin) It won’t open. We just fly over above
(Marisa) Oh, right… got it. Hey guys, found another way instead
(Merlin)… they both went ahead

-Marisa exits-

  1. Hey, I got here because of the link in your Love Coloured Master Spark lyric video. There doesn't seem to be many people who've seen these, judging from the dearth of comments, but after seeing the effort you've put into this I just had to speak up. Thank you for keeping up with this even to this day.
